I purchased 4 toilet suites last year, and although it took me a year to install the last one, I discovered the flush mechanism was faulty due to a manufacturer defect. I contacted Mostafa, and he immediately replaced it at no cost, even though the warranty had already expired.

I needed a new toilet suite and the online process was easy and straight forward. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered the next day! We are pleased with the new toilet – it is turbo and rimless and looks very good. I was given details for an installation and that also went well. Very very pleased with the whole process.

They went above and beyond to ensure that my goods arrived on time. The delivery truck had already departed for the day but he came back to pick up my stuff and delivered it in the evening. Great customer service and the prices are vary good

Topware were just so helpful. We bought a toilet and then needed to replace a piece that we lost – the staff went out of their way to help us secure a replacement washer so quickly, it was just great. The products are great too! Highly recommended.

I wanted something spectacular and arian tried his best to find everything i wanted. And replied to my emails very quickly. And included full images and details. Very easy to follow.
